repulsive living comfort meets urban practicality - there‘s no room left for romantic big-city melancholy à la west side story. the inhabitants of the restless world which we find in STADT.STOLPER.STEINE are rather stumbling, rushing and running every which way, completing to put on their clothes on the go, stopping for tiny fragments of small talk or they just keep talking to themselves. the modern human being is meant to keep marching along to the relentless beat of technology. gregor zoellig is directing his and our attention to the moments in which we falter under the constant pressure to perform and in which we struggle to keep our individuality alive.
